With over 25 years experience in the environmental industry, Mr. Betts has been involved in all facets of storage tank services including closure, installation, upgrading existing systems, subsurface evaluation, and installation of monitoring and dispensing systems. His extensive experience includes all stages of site work, environmental remediation, site restoration, commercial construction, industrial building construction, and group up construction of fueling facilities, bulk fuel plants, chemical facilities, and convenience stores. Additionally, Mr. Betts is certified to complete all activities associated with proper tank closure, tank installation, site assessment, field determination of impacted soils, soil remediation oversight, proper staging practices, soil sampling, monitor well installation and air sampling.
His experience also includes: installation of private and municipal water services, sanitary sewers, storm sewer construction, water retention basins, septic systems, utility service installations, land development, surveying, and installation of solar energy systems.

Mark Gebolys is a New Jersey State Licensed Electrician for thirty three years; he has worked in the storage tank field for over 30 years. Mark currently oversees day to day operations, all building construction projects, and all construction associated with tank installation, product piping, and site construction, building construction and general maintenance for customers. Mark over the past 29 years at Betts has constructed over 50 building projects, installed retention basins, private and municipal water services, backup power systems for commercial and residential customers, above ground and underground storage systems, automated control systems for fuel and chemical processing, lighting management systems, and UST and AST monitoring systems
